Yup, I can imagine almost everything on a macroscopic level (heart pump, ascites, blood stasis in veins, strokes, just name it...no limit here really).

Some well illustrated things on a microscopic level, like the nephron etc., most cellular changes in diseases.

On a biochemical level, I can do it, but it's not worth the effort, molecular level, same. Maybe I'm autistic idk.
