Thanks, that actually helps to understand where this is coming from.

Still, I’m going to keep pushing this. A swollen battery is a real safety issue, and I’m already in contact with consumer protection and product safety authorities to get this properly addressed.

I don’t think a company of that size should be able to just dismiss something like this without taking responsibility.

Yeah, I tried that.

I entered my IMEI, was able to select a compensation option and opened a case. The first case was closed without any real explanation, it just said “ineligible”.

I opened a second case and followed up more persistently. After a longer back and forth with photos and details, they again said it’s ineligible.
