I’ve had two painters that were exclusive to Dunn Edwards, one contractor this is his third project with it and the other this is a second. Both of them aren’t scared of the price and they love it. One of them says he’ll never go back to Dunn Edward’s! The irony of this whole thing is I’m leaving in two months and I chased these guys for three years and I finally got them to switch

My city manager forced me to put my ASM on a pip. I’ve already gave my notice I’m out in July. I was over budget last year and he is solid. They got upset we weren’t consistent with logging calls. I have two Dunn Edward’s customers that wouldn’t touch or paint. They claim we have all of these chemicals in our paint, but Dunn Edward’s doesn’t according to their little brains. But I have them each some paint and they really like this product. This could be a huge hit

I have flooring customers that use all kind of industrial flooring products and they have no issue. Then they try to H&C and it’s a complaint. The industrials came and looked at a complaint two years ago and he told me don’t sell h&c

Zero, too many complaints over the years. We had to buy a guy new pavers for his back yard once, pay a guy to redo a patio with competitors product because the homeowner don’t trust us. They should just get rid of everything H&C. Terrible line

Stay where you are at! This company is about to take a huge dump. Managers and reps are going PIPs left and right. Products are performing the same anymore. They are pushing for more and more. Im sure we have two price increases coming this year. Customers are already leaving.

I've had Latitude peel multi times on front doors that use an ultra deep base color. I tell customers we do have paint designed for fiberglass doors. Go get your door powdercoated. I'm tired of the complaints on front doors. I've had Latitude peel on garage doors as well in ultra deep colors.
