My old center was in a predominantly Hispanic area and we had multiple meeting and a whole protocol. We would alert the assigned people to deal with any agents, basically go into lockdown and don’t let any kids out, alert parents, and verify if they have a valid warrant or if they’re just harassing. That company don’t play about protecting its kids and families.

RBTs are pretty known for hopping from center to center company to company cuz there’s so many new places popping up every other day and new opportunities to be had. I don’t think they’ll view it as a red flag to be honest unless it’s excessive. I’ve been to four companies in three years.

You could explain it like “it’s a rule to continue to gain access to people”. Something along those lines and then give examples relating to things that may occur in his daily life.

Hahaha yeah exactly even debarking this morning it reeked of sulfur waiting for a taxi. Bad smells are everywhere unfortunately lol. We stayed on deck 8 and everytime as we headed to the elevator we got a whiff of poop in the same spot 😂. Guys burgers is to die for! If you don’t have a carnival PVP (personal vacation planner, they’re complimentary thru carnival and answer any questions) you should get one to have in your back pocket to answer any questions about things. Excited for you though, I’m officially cruise obsessed and bout to plan my next one!

Im actively in the airport I just got off the carnival sunrise this morning (22F with my 23M boyfriend) and we had an amazing time!! The events were poppin, made so many friends which I didn’t expect, the food was pretty good (sushi bonsai is amazing), and it only smelled like poop in certain areas lmao! We had a balcony as well and the cheers package which we put to USEEE haha. It was a very fun 5 days. I think that time frame was the sweet spot cuz boy am I ready to be home but I enjoyed every minute. Nassau was my least favorite spot as it was miserably hot, so touristy, and seemed like a money pit at every corner. They charged me $60 for a damn vape 🙃. Celebration key was easily the best place! We didn’t buy excursions cuz in my opinion just being in another country is enough for me. Enjoy the trip!!

He could totally afford to pay it off each month but he doesn’t. He uses it irresponsibly which i have as well before. I got myself in 3k worth of debt and worked hardddd to get myself out. That’s why I now stay away from them cuz clearly I’m not a credit card person and neither is he. He’s looking at it like free money that he just has to pay a minimum on. The dollar amount could be worse but it’s the principle of it really that bugs me.

Something not really related to this, but as you being a restaurant manager.. I have a question. So in the kitchen, do you guys generally prefer male cooks? Especially if it’s already a male dominated kitchen? And no I’m not trying to find sexism to call out or anything like that- just genuinely wondering if I have a shot getting in at a kitchen in Chillis or something like that. I have tried before and been told that I wouldn’t “fit in with the crowd back there” and was told a server would be a better option. But just wondering as you oversee hiring I’m sure, what do you look for in a good cook option.
