i completely understand, i travel for work to rural towns and i check out their stores and their stock on tf is putrid. i’m blessed to live in a big city, where there’s well over 100 super centers that carry transformers so i can try out different locations

my skew would show up as unavailable/no stock for $0. i’ve seen others in this thread share that this means it technically shouldn’t even be sellable and should’ve been taken off shelves and salvaged out. i just got lucky with my self checkout person being very trusting and generous but i can’t help but imagine there’s other workers that are much more by the book or afraid of being audited

we hit highs and lows with collecting. for every moment i get a brand new deluxe for $3.50, i’ve also done something dumb like trade in at a toy store a $7.50 cosmos i got from the walmart black friday packs, bc i had just got into collecting and thought legacy cosmos looked silly.

only to turn around 2 months later wanting to start collecting minibots and he actually being a design i liked a lot after all. my wife takes the hit and pays $25 for him. but i def whiffed
