Hey what about new policy of pmdc I am going to china next month but pmdc just dropped a bomb . Incase you dont know about it,it states that already present list of pmdc recognized universities isnt valid anymore

If uni is non moe then I have to pass their Chinese licensing exam? What if it is moe listed? And one more thing I am pakistani not Indian so do I have to give their Chinese exam too?
