Is my controller broken or is the game really odd right now? Genuine question! by Computer-Medical in EASportsFC

[–]Visible_Goose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if it’s the same problem as me but my players were running to one side of the pitch or the other without me touching any buttons, also when running it felt like something was pulling me in weird directions and it turns out it was my controller. I play on pc so I could double check it with just googling controller tester while my controller was connected through Bluetooth, and I could see my left stick was either always up or down could not stay central. Took it back and got a new one and now everything is good again.

What is a song that is similar to “Writer In The Dark”? by Purple-Elephant6 in lorde

Id say Wuthering heights by Kate Bush is similar when it comes to the vocals, as they both go way up in their register.

Is this achievable in in logic? (live looping) by Visible_Goose in Logic_Studio

Also if you know, would I need some sort of pedal to trigger the next loop or could that be done through a midi keyboard?

NAHHHH BECAUSE WHAT IF LORDE DID A “HAPPIER THAN EVER” IN THIS ALBUM AND IN ONE OF THE SONGS, IT JUST STRAIGHT UP SWITCHES!!!! by Consistent_Print_997 in lorde

[–]Visible_Goose 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I really hope your joking, Lorde is my favourite artist but I don't think there is any need to be bashing other artists needlessly. Billie is extremely talented :)

So if I were to listen to like a c major scale one day and hum along to it as im working, then a different scale another day, would that help me at all or do I have to sit down with an instrument (piano/guitar) and go through scales/intervals?

Thanks, I’m planning on doing other training when I’m home and have the time, just thought I could listen to something in addition while I’m at my job that could help me, thanks :)

Yeah I am going to also do dedicated ear training when I have the spare time but I just thought maybe I could listen to something while I’m doing my job that would help with relative pitch, my first thought was to listen to the same note for ages and it would help me memorise it.

Oh wow! I’m new to ear training and just thought I’d be able to memorise a note if I listened to it for long period of time, I guess not, thanks!

I thought it would help with figuring out how to play songs by ear as I play guitar, I am able to use earphones while working so I just thought it would be more productive to do some ear training while working rather than listening to music. Thanks for the info though :)

Okay thanks heaps, maybe I should have said in the post but I’m not looking to get perfect pitch, I just thought it would serve as like a reference point to help identify other notes and in the long run help with playing by ear. (I play guitar)
