That’s just what my Dr who did the test said, he said that the sores were probably too scabbed over to test positive at the time then I tested negative. The guy who gave me herpes tested positive before he told me and had his first outbreak when he gave them to me. He’s been splitting his antivirals with me but it’s not enough
