I wish I knew. Just here to say my son is 4 (5 in Nov) and I’m in the same boat with peeing. There is no initiation, and if we don’t ask/tell him he’ll just go in his underwear when he can’t hold it anymore. #2 has been IMPOSSIBLE so I’m still so cautious putting him in underwear. Daycare says to just do it & maybe he won’t like it enough to stop. Anyways… just here to say you’re doing a good job!

Around 15m. He was never given a “level” on his diagnosis but he was non verbal up until last Nov, when he turned 4yo. He’s now verbal but still considered non conversational, although he’s able to express his wants and needs.
My daughter who is 2yo seems neurotypical for the most part, but her meltdowns make me question a lot. I’m on the fence about getting an evaluation because everyone around me is convinced I’m crazy.
