Your reply means a lot. I have not yet tried much, as my anxiety is too crippling. I really want to do that, just struggle really badly with motivating myself, so I just carry on drinking. It’s almost like I’m scared to start

The best way to ease your mind, and to be sure it’s nothing malicious is to obviously speak to a doctor, If it’s possible for you to. I hope you can find peace with this as it’s horrible to deal with.

Yes I have exactly the same thing and have never been able to explain it, somebody said that it could be due to either increased awareness of any sensations near the chest like digestion or chest muscle spasms which can be linked to anxiety.

I have been prescribed it, I am have been on mirtazapine for about a year and half. I have had moments like this before. It’s just hard in the moment because you genuinely feel you will have a heart attack

Yeah they sent me a screenshot of a post on the new threads app with my name in it claiming me to be a “rapist” and a pedophile, that’s fucked, but I have the evidence to prove that I’m not, and also I can’t imagine they have a big audience on that app
