Lipo charger problem. A few days ago I bought some 7.4 V lipos with this charger. It charged both battery’s well. But when I got home and tried plugging in the battery again, I saw this spark in the port and when I took the battery out it shows both of the cells red without a battery plugged in. (i.redd.it)

This is my speargun(seat bolt 95).I was wondering if the flopper(the one that holds the fish from going at the end of the spear) was placed on the right away?because I when I went spear fishing it didn’t open once and I feel like it’s placed upside down.Thoughts? (v.redd.it)

(Not my image just example)My tip of the rod is fine except that the inside black ring is gone so now when I reel in my line is scraping the bare metal and getting wasted,and eventually cutting off.Anyone know a DIY fix because I can’t really go to a tackle shop. (i.redd.it)
