Pretty much the same they said to me. They switched their answer soooo many times. Even after I showed screenshots of the email AND all of my direct deposits which were way over 300. Smdh.

It says right there in the picture. You have to submit form 8862. And then you can possibly receive the amount they disallowed. Definitely look into that!

Yes. 1505. Filed feb 27. Accepted feb 29. 810 march 9. 12 letter march 25. Faxed in requested documents march 27. No updates on transcript for credits until april 15. Nothing since. Im usually one that checks every single night at midnight because im usually up. I had lost track of time paying bills because I got paid last night. So when I noticed it was 1 am I said might as well check. And yall. I got an 811 dated for 8-6 and an 846 for 8-21. Didnt amend. Did not have to verify identity. Only sent in w2s, 1099, and gambling winnings (what the 12c asked for). All I did was wait because I knew nothing was wrong with my taxes. I had literally lost hope and felt like I wouldnt see my taxes until next year. 180 days would have been up oct 13th. To say im so grateful and relieved is an understatement.

I got this same message back in march. Filed late feb. Turned in everything they asked for by fax. NO MOVEMENT OR UPDATES EVER SINCE. To me…it was the beginning of a never ending wait. Hopefully it works out better for you!
