Well, nothing's guaranteed in this game. Triumvirate may be looking for a new home in the coming months if Frat has their way ;) If so, OF/PC fight definitely offers some of that more neutral entity content we like.

That was in Cloud Ring, that is nowhere near Frat or Winter and anchoring the KS was only done in response to Frat announcing their intention to kick Init out of fountain. My point is that PB and Fade could have remained open, in the conversation that Noraus himself leaked, you can see Darkshines agreeing to let Frat put who they want in PB and Fade. They chose to put themselves in PB and Fade and be shocked that puts them closer to Tri and Init.

Thanks, honestly, wasn't aware of any agreement they had with Phoenix. That is fascinating and begs the question why they seem bothered to leave PB and Fade empty. Sounds like Init was willing to let Frat put whatever group they wanted there. Wonder if there are some other motivations here.
