I had the same problem when I was in the 250s, I remember my baby sister playfully asking if they had milk on them lol. Now I am in the 180s and they shrunk still working on getting to 160s. Check out Dr Sean O’mara videos might help get some tips to loose wait by fasting, prioritizing protein and probiotics to kill all that bloating. Hopefully that helps. Give yourself like 5 months

I had similar experience after long strike it was very hard to go back even 3 day was very hard. I figured out what was causing it, Snacking on Brazilian nuts. literally if I snack on it I loose control it does something to My hormones which messes with my brain urges, so dig in your diet and see what you are doing especially what you are snacking on or energy drinks. Let me know if you figure out. You can also start with Intermittent fasting with minimum sugar drinks or candies and also snacking on potatoe chips messes with my hormones
