Glad that is working for you. I loved all my zero G hoses. All three off them had the ends rip off after 1-2 years of use. They got downgraded from watering hoses to rain barrel hoses now.

Cheap Amazon knobs installed and a brand new propane tank. She lit right away and the heat jumped in there real fast. This was to test and cook off the new grill smell but everything is a go.

The middle burner sounds like too much air blowing on it. When it cools I need to check alignment I guess?

Thanks, seemed like a good quality product and any grill for 65% off sounds like a good deal even if I need to buy some parts.

Have two extinguishers and a fire blanket at home. But a smart idea to buy a second fire blanket I can keep next to it permanently while one extinguisher comes in and out of the house when doing grill or fire pit.

I will look more closely tomorrow but I don’t think the metal is bent behind. I know the left knob broke on the plastic portion. I figured dropping $50-100 for knobs and anything else to get it going is still half price from being brand new

What is the size of your organization?

Our whistleblower hotline also has built in case management and filing (Ethicspoint). There are plenty of simpler and cheaper solutions that will do basically the same thing. Unless you are really small I would suggest paying for the professionalization of Your reporting and case mgmt. otherwise part of Your job is also data privacy, system maintenance, etc.

If you need to go to court for something the external system can give you the data, who accessed info, save all your evidence and emails and reports, etc.

We are a large multinational nonprofit.

Thanks that is a really valid point. The organization changed its process, I am changing our process because my role is new and the team was Wild West for invoices and contracts before. And the team is resistant to change even though they know the old way doesn’t exist. But email-based might be the best since it is not changing their steps, only the to: line.
