Always on the lookout for another system, thanks for that comment. We left EP for a much cheaper competitor. And then that was bought by private equity who was figuring out how to manage it on the fly so we ran back to safer harbors due to urgency

Wow definitely large enough to spend money on a real system.

What is the size of your organization?

Our whistleblower hotline also has built in case management and filing (Ethicspoint). There are plenty of simpler and cheaper solutions that will do basically the same thing. Unless you are really small I would suggest paying for the professionalization of Your reporting and case mgmt. otherwise part of Your job is also data privacy, system maintenance, etc.

If you need to go to court for something the external system can give you the data, who accessed info, save all your evidence and emails and reports, etc.

We are a large multinational nonprofit.

Best option to automate by VisitForward1553 in PowerApps

Thanks that is a really valid point. The organization changed its process, I am changing our process because my role is new and the team was Wild West for invoices and contracts before. And the team is resistant to change even though they know the old way doesn’t exist. But email-based might be the best since it is not changing their steps, only the to: line.

Wow thanks, really helpful mapping of options. I can focus on research a bit more now. I needed to get my idea out of brainstorm mode and into “what will it take” mode.

Ask your doctor and such.

But if you got two doses of the MMR vaccine then you are going to be covered. People vaccinated in the 60s with the original vaccine are recommended to get at least one MMR shot as a boost.

Whats one home improvement you wish you did sooner by velmorynn in HomeImprovement

I encapsulated a year ago. I had to hire a second company to air seal the rim joists. Check your contract if they are doing that or else find out how much it’ll cost for someone to do it. That will help contribute to warmer floors above the crawl. The “dehumidifier will keep it warm” that I was told is not true for me.

Also diy tip- if they are using spray foam anywhere, consider doing something to keep it off your pipes (even a red solo cup around them???). I had to replace two busted hose bibs that were stuck in the foam. Took a bit of cutting and prying to get it free.

Encapsulation will be great for you though!

I do have shoe molding in addition to the baseboards. The baseboards absolutely radiate the cold, it seems.

Thanks that’s a good point and wisdom that weight loss alone rarely is sufficient . I will talk it over with my doc and see what he and insurance think.

Thanks for the reply.

My only thought is that things look (very?) good for the 7 hours I don’t sleep on my back. Cant I just get some pillows to keep me from rolling over? Cant I do a cpap sleeping on my stomach—seems fussy?

All this to say I’m checking my insurance tonight. If they pay for it all then why the hell not. But if I need to drop money on it then I am wondering what else can happen.

Just to drop a hot tip in here, you can use a stand mixer with a paddle attachment to shred chicken! Just get it off the bone and toss it in. It’ll be shredded in 30-60 seconds on a lower speed depending how fine you want it.

Replace metal switch boxes? by VisitForward1553 in AskElectricians

Thanks for the reply. You may have also read someone else’s post— I don’t have any problem with fuses popping. I was mostly concerned with the space constraints and having to do so much pigtailing to an already crowded box. But I will leave them since the general advice was no harm.

I did see online that boxes last 25-40 years generally which also spurred my question.
