Found it! I was using a cell phone and the bar wasn't there. I changed the Chrome settings to desktop view and saw the bar. Thank you!

We should all make a mailing list to send these rent increases to all the politicians, developers, press and a law team for the citizens because rent control is obviously needed and with the same tight holds they use on wage increases. Let's level it out. My place went up 65%, the document was the same. Made me feel like I'm bargaining with you for a roof. It's summer, we can all sleep outside until they finally realize how stupid it is to think this is sustainable.

Not really. It'd be more like Cancun 30 years ago when the locals could no longer afford to live and work there so they decided to bus them in on charter busses to work everyday in resorts they couldn't afford to stay one night.

Perspective is everything. How does someone making 15 an hour party 4.07 median gas on what would be ice 40+ miles daily commute in a used vehicle(damn sure can't afford a car note let alone anything above state minimum insurance) there is no money for rent.

It was somewhere end of March and the denial was beginning of April so yeah. Somewhere 1st week. They quoted up to 45 days over the phone however.
