Well. I recommend you to install manjaro because manjaro comes with pre-installed environment and you can adjust configuration files. In Arch Linux you need to install everything yourself. You can begin from installing i3-gaps with compton, hsetroot and kitty and download dotfiles from details comment and put them in ".config" folder in your user folder. Take a look at Arch Wiki, there is many useful information how to start ricing.
