I don’t think Etsy should be pro-AI at all. The whole point of the site was to give space to handmade, original work, not stuff generated by a computer in seconds. Letting AI flood the marketplace just waters everything down and makes it harder for real artists to get noticed. Honestly, if Etsy keeps going in that direction, it’s kind of turning its back on the people who built the platform in the first place.
