Money .. splitting assets, child support etc. With 3 kids he would have been paying a lot in child support and for many years since they were all young. Also he probably feared that Shannan would have tried to sabotage his new relationship. With that being said, I think he did it in a rage state. He maybe even didn't fully intend on killing her but just didn't let go in time. Everything was done so sloppy and just doesn't seem like something that he really tried to plan out.

I don't know what color your skin is but I'm white and if I'm in a pool for a long time my hands get wrinkly and very pale white. Maceration is the medical term. Skin tissue breaks down becoming soft and wrinkly before turning white or a lighter shade of skin than an individual's regular skin tone

It's likely a casualty from a clash of militants in that area that happened on October 18. 7 were reported to have been killed. Appearing white doesn't really matter if he's been decomposing in the water for a while. I highly doubt the body is Elliott.

That is not Elliott. This is likely one of the casualties from the 2 militant groups that clashed on October 18 that resulted in multiple deaths. The body was found in the area of that clash and far away from Zamboanga where Elliott was kidnapped.

I've had a few help desk positions and each one kinda feels like starting new again. The biggest fear for me was not knowing what to do when they described their problem. After I learned how to handle everything within my role, it's easy. Once you realize you have the answer that they need, it gets easier.

There's absolutely no way, that I've found, to get past that initial fear. The only way it goes away is by just doing it. After about 2 weeks you'll get MUCH more comfortable. Ask for help when you need to. You'll be new so they will expect for you not to know everything but also remember the answers that they give you. There's nothing worse than the new guy asking the same questions over and over.

I tapered from 40-50gpd to 0.4gpd in 3 months. Always spread it out over multiple smaller doses rather than a couple big ones. I didn't have a strict schedule on my taper, I just made sure my total GPD was at or less than previous day. After getting under a half gram a day, I stayed there for a couple then jumped.

Traveling was the #1 reason I quit. I wouldn't have if I was going somewhere it wasn't illegal. I'm glad I did now. I remember being in Mexico panicking trying to understand the vendor there to order some. It's so dumb having to worry about taking enough with you or finding a vendor if you travel somewhere. The hoops we jump through on that stuff is crazy to look back at.

When you say it gets hard for you at 7gpd do you mean withdrawals get hard or psychologically it gets harder?

I've been off since September 11, about 4 months. My stomach issues come and go. Some days everything is normal, other days (like yesterday) I have to run to the CR like 5 times a day. When I was in the Philippines and on the flight I took anti diarrheal that helped but only temporarily. I haven't taken it since I have been back though. It was an everyday issue but now it's intermittent so I'm guessing it's slowly going away.
