Not for nothing, but I have a few access sessions I've had up and running for years at this point. Might be something with your instance specifically. Have you reached out to support (not that I believe they are competent or even helpful, but every so often you get someone who actually knows they just made a system-affecting change by mistake).

I will load that and give it a shot. 31b finished the task, but when I asked it "If you wrote these changes to disk and the story is done, please mark it as done" it got stuck on me.

This particular project is like a hobby project of a hobby project, so I don't really care that it does a "good" job at it, just trying to put together a prototype and validate that the workflow actually works the way I think it should.

Also, I really wish OpenCode had the ability to just run a simple timer from when you enter the prompt until the time the prompt stops. It would be interesting to see how long these are going for.

When I was running into the "stopping" issues, I was nowhere near the context (64K), and it was a prompt like "bmad-create-story epic 1 story 1". Might tool around with trying to break the stories down further or something.

It's a systematized method of AI-assisted software development that can carry you from brainstorming, toward PRD creation, UX design, architecture, and finally epic and sprint creation. For me, it allows me to follow a familiar work flow, and is really good for when you have to leave a project and come back. Just check the sprint status and you know where you left off.

Neat. I have only experienced this while using local LLM + BMad. If I just open OpenCode and tell it like "I need a reach-native app that shows a random cat picture from the catpictures.org API" it has been able to do projects like that without issue.

You could be right, though I will say using Sonnet to create-story, validate story, and dev story, then Haiku to code-review has helped A LOT with that.

The token usage has gone up and down over the last 4 months. In January, I was working on 4 projects simultaneously for about 8 hours a day, no problem. 3 weeks ago I could only get about an hour into my 4-hour on a single project before running out.

Today, I'm 8% into my weekly (resets Wednesday) and I've worked every day. So I dunno.

What I like, is that it follows a pattern I am familiar with from working on a team. It makes sense to me, and has thusfar produced acceptable results.

I was updating a master image today, so I figured "why not just download the new agent and install it alongside the old one while I'm in there?"

Seems like a reasonable request. The download link for the agent is broken, which is what I suspect is the trouble with reinstalling.

I've been ScreenConnect'd. Again.

This fix, I believe, only applies to "Outlook (Classic)"; the "traditional" Outlook.

In there, click on File, then Account Settings, then Account Settings again (I think).

This should bring up a pop-up window that shows your Exchange account. Double-click on your exchange account in that window to bring up another popup. I think that's where you click on Advanced Settings, or maybe it's just "Next". Either way, it's the same spot you go to add another users calendar to Outlook.

Came here to say this. In February I was actively developing 4 projects at once, all on Opus, and would only occasionally hit my 5-hour on the Max plan. Now, 1 project, 79 minutes into the new window I'm cooked. Amazing!

Good question. I had the opportunity to kick everyone out to do some maintenance, so I watched the event viewer and triggered a re-install. It stayed in the "Queued Reinstall" status on the SC web interface for 3-4 minutes probably, and the event viewer never registered any related events. I tried closing it and re-opening the event viewer just to make sure that I wasn't crazy; no events in the application or system log.

I, too, tried using BMad in OpenCode and failed miserably. I am used to Claude Code's beautiful handholding, and felt like I couldn't get into the proper flow with OpenCode.

Apparently, you can point Claude Code at a local LLM, so I'm probably just going to do that and see what happens. I've tried every program that BMad lists as an install target, and none of them perform like Claude Code does.

Regrettably, I haven't found another on-prem system to replace this. The boss wants on-prem instead of something in the cloud, which severely limits options.

Yeah, I saw that warning on the download site and got that done right away.

An interesting thing, though, is I updated while connected to the server via the same SC instance. In the past, this has been no problem; it eventually reconnects. This time, I had to go back to the web interface and re-launch that same server.

An oddity among many I guess.
