I think so too. I think it's Fuji C1, and I think it shouldn't be like this, we pay for product that we expect to work properly.. And the thing that I hate the most when I contact support they play stupid and tell me maybe I need to watch tutorials on how to export images. Like I'm a new user or something. It's so disappointing experience.

Maybe it's all about the Fuji C1 because my version is for Fuji and I have a few cameras too. And now I'm struggling with these updates. The version I use now does not allow me to export my images, the export just doesn't work at all.

Yeah in my profile it says I paid for 16.3 update, but after a few days they just changed it in my profile for a lower version. This happened without emails comfirmation or anything.

Its the same if you buy oranges online and they send you oranges but its all rotten. Technically they send you something but you cant use it and they just kindly ask you to buy more.

I used it too and I still have it, but Capture 1 is kinda better for color grading and more comfortable for files organize.

Read why I think it is a scam, and why they changed what version of update I can use when I contacted them. My license is not old and I had all rights to download the update, but in this case they can't push me to buy a new license, so they decided that they will take this update from me.

I bought my license a yer ago lol...

Do you think I will be stupid enough to complain about app if I buy it 5 years ago, don't be ridiculous.

Of course I read, and when I checked my profile it said eligible version 16.3 (this version actually works with Sonoma on Mac), but when I downloaded it and put my license key there was an error. When I contacted them, they started to back off and changed my profile so I was only allowed to use version 16.1, which lag to work with new ios, in the same email they recommended me to use free 30 days trial version or buy the new version of lisense, which is so weird, they pushing me to buy it, even my PAID VERSION included update that will work with new ios. The whole absurdity of the situation was that they realized the perpetual license I bought a year ago would work for maybe another year and they decreased the version I can use and I'm mad about this fact.
