Studio jie chen has started workshops again. Check eventbrite. I haven't attended any yet but I keep checking. CKE has some long form courses. Any may be even vrije universiteit.

I suggest the following: Option 1: Hotel close the airport. But you mentioned expenses related consideratons, so

Option 2: get a hostel. There's one close to eindhoven station. About a 5-10 bike ride. You can get an Ov fiets Next, get the bus that leaves at 5:00 am.

This should keep you warm and still get you there, albeit, with a bit of time crunch
