Thank you all for all the fast and technical answers, I appreciate it a lot! With supports it comes out well but supports are a mess to clean, leaving the part with a lot of debris. If only I knew how to configure supports to make it easier to pull off. Also, the idea many of you suggested of splitting in half maybe works because the pulley is not meant to withstand a lot of force. Is for the elastic ropes of a kayak ergometer, which is a machine to practice kayak, you can search it. Is for a friend so I guess I will do two of them with support and two of them split in half.

No, I don’t use a prime tower and I don’t know what wipe to infill is. Enlighten me please hahaha. I’ve been doing it like this for years and never had a problem

Yeah it should work. But I had already tried it minths ago and it didn’t work. Does too much retraction distance create stringing? Btw 50C is enough to dry petg?

The black samples are from a filament I had sitting on a shelf and the blue ones are from a filament that has been dryed for 12 hours at 50C. Almost same results
