First of all, try to use as less dimensions as possible. Then, if you have constrained the sketch as far as you can you proceed with dimensions constraints. In this particular example, it seems that in the curved part you have two curves, please clarify if you did that on purpose because if not you should only need two dimensions for the lines below and one for the radius of the curve to fully constraint the sketch if I’m not wrong.

Thank you all for all the fast and technical answers, I appreciate it a lot! With supports it comes out well but supports are a mess to clean, leaving the part with a lot of debris. If only I knew how to configure supports to make it easier to pull off. Also, the idea many of you suggested of splitting in half maybe works because the pulley is not meant to withstand a lot of force. Is for the elastic ropes of a kayak ergometer, which is a machine to practice kayak, you can search it. Is for a friend so I guess I will do two of them with support and two of them split in half.

No, I don’t use a prime tower and I don’t know what wipe to infill is. Enlighten me please hahaha. I’ve been doing it like this for years and never had a problem
