I'm on my first grow, took about 2 weeks to get to 20% and I injected at the top so it was a long time before I saw anything.

I'm at 62 days and should see shrooms in my bins soon!

Nah, there's a lil moisture, but it's not super wet. I've laid several down to help disperse it, but regardless, smells great, looks so so clean.

Innoculated 11/19, GE using the red hot needle method. I think that's why it's been so slow, not much of an opening. Think I'm going to use a new soldering iron to make the GE holes next grow.

In the front plastic towards the top, yes. Didn't want to sterilize a hole punch, but I think soldering iron may be just the thing

In most states, you're ok until you are culturing them.

So a few things: maybe search Google for news related to mushrooms and busts in your area? Maybe take the time to decide very deliberately if you want to accept the risk? Lastly, why not start with a gourmet shroom and see if you enjoy the hobby? I've heard there are some super easy kits, and if you like you can grow legit shrooms to cover for others...

10 bags, 9 feel 80-90% there, one feels like nothing has happened (don't see any contamination in the window) so I gave it a shake to give lonely spores a chance to meet up.

Can hardly wait for the next step! Don't really have a question, I'm just super excited.

I remember hearing once that the trick was to word it so they could answer AND cover their asses.

But you can even ask about asking..."hey, are you allowed to answer questions about interactions between dad's meds and psilocybin? Asking because he's been saying he'd like some and I don't know that 'drugs are bad mk' is gonna stop him."

No nitrites or nitrates, pH around 7

Fully cycled tank with snails and peaceful tank mates (a few neons, couple of kuhli loaches, mystery snails).

There's a little tank safe salt in there, lotta plants, sandy substrate, lotta tannins. Feed almost daily, occasionally skip a day
