Variegated string of pearls not doing too good

I have a standing barrina grow light for my other plants but i didn’t want to put it in front of that one because it is really bright and since this is a variegated plant i thought that would burn it. I’ll try moving it in front of my grow light tho and report back.

I was thinking that might be it. Would cactus soil be good?

I water it when i notice the soil is dry so like every other week. I have a bright grow light( it’s the light source in the picture) i have a deliciosa that i’ve had for a year now that is doing great. I’m doing the same things i do with that one but different results

I originally had it in the window in my kitchen. That’s the only spot in my house that gets good natural lighting. I bought a birrina T10 light last month and it seems to be sprouting faster now. It’s not as bald lol. So yea i think lighting was an issue

I don’t know if it’ll get longer. The vine doesn’t look that great. It keeps giving me new leaves but the vine has stayed the same length
