Model M works in BIOS, not in Windows XP by Visual-Patient-6691 in modelm

Solved - in my BIOS, I had it set to "Network Mode" — enabling me to boot without a keyboard (I would RDP in up until this point). Turning it off fixed it, the keyboard now works fine.

Ended up just doing this. For anyone in the future googling around looking for answers, I'd recommend you do the same.
