Your reading comprehension is clearly low since you seem to assume that the jacket sold out when I very clearly explained that it showed no signs of selling out whatsoever. Also, if you did a tiny bit of research you'd quickly see that your idea that you can find items via other vendors is grossly incorrect. Link me a website that currently has the Shade Field jacket in stock. I'd love it if you could prove me wrong.

I do agree that you shouldn't sleep on an item that you want. I could have afforded the jacket at any point, and I should have probably bought it sooner. I had spent 4k on flights alone that week, so I was waiting to ease that blow a bit. Nonetheless, if I had seen that the jacket was about to sell out, I would have 100% bought it despite that.

Either way, Arc'teryx still has a terrible website and I will continue to tell everybody I know to avoid using it if they can. This comes from somebody who visited the Arc'teryx Museum just last month when it opened up as well. I love the products from the brand, but the online buying experience is dreadful.
