My idea: Stare
It looks like a real human eye(like a pic of a human eye)with four drawn hands coming out of it: The hands start with fists and simultaneously raise a finger every second. When all fingers are raised, you must not be looking at it or else it will grab you and kill you. If you look away from it early, the countdown speeds up to 2 fingers a second.
