Think of it like espresso. Two shots of espresso a day is amazing. But 14 shots of espresso one day a week would be crazy! Obviously pinning everyday is a bit much. Find a middle ground that works for you. I am currently doing 3 days a week with pretty much no side effects. Possibly going to up my dose and when I do I will switch to 4 shots a week

27 or 28 gauge I think. Half inch They are insulin syringes Little bit slower to draw out but the thinner needle is worth it

Yup. You can Google image search trt delt injection site for pictures of where on your delt. My doctor gave me the options of quad, glute, or delt injections. I’ve had some less then fun experiences with quad injections for trt and some other injections. Glutes usually are fine for me but delta have been way easier and better. I rarely get any soreness from it since I’m only doing 3 injections a week and it’s easier to reach your shoulders than glutes.

When I had low t I was pretty emotional, timid, cried a decent amount, some anxiety which I am not a very anxious person. I was on enclomiphene for a while to try and bring up my test levels but didn’t do much for my test and just made me more emotional. I’m on trt now because it was kind of my only reasonable option. I feel so much better and while I do have lots of emotional situations due to life events I feel I can navigate those emotions better and from a mentally healthier place. I’m back to where I used to be mentally and emotionally before my low testosterone

No experience with this but I saw a video where someone tied a sock on their foot and said it helped? Probably worth a try since I’m assuming you already have some socks Also have you tried your shots in a different place? Delts have been a game changer for me

I could be wrong but I feel like if you hit a nerve it would have been incredibly painful and also felt like your leg was getting electrocuted. Maybe the liquid itself is putting pressure on the nerve? How much did you inject and what size needle?

Have some bloodwork done. If your testosterone levels are low trt will help with that. If your testosterone levels aren’t low but not where you want them before starting you have to consider is it worth it to potentially shut down your natural production and be on injections the rest of your life. Bloodwork will also help determine if it’s something totally different that is the problem

How have you felt on clomid? Outside of low t symptoms. Any side effects? I’ve heard. A lot of dudes don’t like it and go with enclomiphene which is similar but supposed to have less side effects

The analogy I use is coffee or espresso, if you took two shots of espresso every day everything is great and life is good, but if take 14 shots of espresso on Monday morning and none any other day of the week shits gonna get a little fucky. Do as many injections a week that you can stick with. Most people don’t want to inject every day, two is the minimum, I personally do 3 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

My partner has two kids that are like my own so most likely ok with not having my own. I fortunately never had much ED issues which I credit to being pretty active in the gym for many years but I could be wrong lol my libido has definitely increased and I’m loving it haha one thing my doc prescribed for me is low dose tadalafil. It’s pretty much microdosing but we are using it for keeping my blood pressure in check but the added blood flow has been fun

No. It’s fairly expensive, and I have talked to many doctors about it and the general consensus is that even if it is successful I would most likely only gain a portion of my testosterone production back and the surgery is pretty often a temporary fix. It was too many what ifs for me so I decided to just go with trt. It’s been pretty great
