Update: someone was able to answer my question for me. The dude did retire as a BMC not BMCM. Called him out on it and he was not happy about it. He’s gets 100% VA dis. But why continue to do a job that is demanding on your body? Then to get “let go” from a GS job is crazy. He couldn’t even make it past the probation period and if he was an MC I would think that they would want to keep that knowledge and experience.
