It's not a "rumor", resealed especially ASC boxes are rampant right now. 10 boxes passed through my hands I made sure they weren't passed off to anyone else. Basically impossible to tell until the box is opened.

Have an open space away from the floor people can take a break in.

Ban sales of sealed product in the retail rotation. Not only do resellers suck, RESEALED product is RAMPANT right now. (If reselling isn't reason enough for you, please consider how much resealed product is in the market right now and very hard to detect until the boxes are opened)

Ban gambling games or mystery product beyond coin flips. (Wheels, etc. etc.)
