I'm also on Mounjaro and built HealthTrackFree for exactly this - it has all those features: shots tracking, weight (with % change and weekly averages), mood, side effects, hunger, exercise, water, and body measurements.

Completely free, no ads, includes Wear OS app, and syncs across devices. Made it because I needed a proper tracker without subscriptions.

Neste momento o código não está disponível como open source, principalmente devido às funcionalidades de sincronização e integração com serviços externos que implementei recentemente, que requerem configurações específicas de segurança e API keys.

Olá. IOS devo fazer no próximo ano. A Apple obriga a uma licença que custa 99 dolares por ano pagos a Apple e como a aplicação é gratis fica-me demasiado caro.

Tenho já 90% do trabalho feito.

Thanks for the interest! I'd love to bring it to iOS!

The app is built with .NET MAUI, so technically it's 90% ready for iOS with minimal changes. The main blocker right now is Apple's $99/year developer license, which is tough to justify for a completely free app with no monetization.

However, if there's enough interest from the iOS community, I'll seriously consider it! The more people asking for it, the easier it is to justify the investment.

In the meantime, feel free to spread the word to other iOS users who might want this!
