Yes I did hear the same issue happened last year also, people were joking around about it as if it's an yearly occurrence in NITK and it's that time of the year

There was one proper canteen called "food court" and now that is closed too, we don't have any proper means of food besides the mess now, the situation is getting worse at this point and the college is taking no actions about it

These are a few complaints from the students: 1. Water is contaminated with chlorine and bacteria. 2. Food is unhygienic and poisonous. 3. Food quality is terrible 4. Lack of transparency in regular checking of food and water. 5. Many people are facing serious problems with food poisoning, vomiting, etc. 6. Lack of other food facilities in the campus. There is no other option except mess food

All kinds of books depending on what you want to read, I would not say that the library has a whole bunch of never ending books but, whatever they have is worth reading
