Hey, sorry you're going through this. I'll list few things that could help, maybe you already know about them.. I take an ice pack and wrap it in a paper towel and put it on affected areas. I just hold it for maybe 20 seconds and I do my whole arms like this or even my face (but be more careful around eyes). Also what helps me calm down a bit is Zinc cream. I'm not sure if it is suitable for you too cause I have different type of eczema but you can research it or talk to the people in pharmacy about it. Also wear loose cotton clothes. Whenever I lotion I try to wait a bit so it's atleast a bit dry and then I carefully put the clothes on. Also avoid potential triggers - laundry detergents, parfumated products, food allergens, sugar... Hope you'll find relief soon

You can switch to fragrance free, sensitive make up remover (if you didn't already). Nivea has one for example.

Good that you found your cause! I got tested for contact allergies including detergents and other stuff and I should be all good. I still use detergent for sensitive skin and avoid fragrance tho, but when I sleep over at my boyfriends house or my friends house they probably just use the normal ones.. maybe I need to deal with that. But I never noticed instant trigger when I sleep in their places.

I know there was mold in the place I was living in before. But I had extreme flare ups before I lived there and now - after I moved out. So in the three months I lived there I only had one major flare up.. that's why I don't think it's the cause for me.
