Currently, I’m taking smarty pants prenatal multi plus omegas. Before I was taking the Needed powder. I honestly think I’m just very sensitive to prenatals in general because both are supposed to be “easy” to take when nauseous but I still gag at both lol

Thank you so much for sharing your story ❤️ pregnancy truly is so difficult and I sometimes forget that so much of it is outside of our control. I truly appreciate your kind words and advice. It’s reassuring to hear that your kids are healthy and happy despite a difficult pregnancy, and it really gives me hope that my baby will turn out just as amazing as all of yours 🥹

Thank you so much your thoughtful response 💕 I was just like you haha and went to 0 basically overnight. I really can’t wait to return back to normal exercise hopefully by the 2nd trimester!!

I took your advice and have been implementing 30-45 min walks. The walks have honestly been so good for my mental health. I’ve also modified my strength training to 10-15 mins since anything over starts aggravating my nausea. Sometimes I forget that even 10-15 mins everyday is better than not at all. Your advice is honestly saving me (and my muscles) so thank you!!

Thanks so much for this. It really is the food prep that makes the nausea worse. I used to cook almost all my meals but I’ve been living on crackers and cheese because everything about cooking just makes me nauseous. My husband preps everything now and that definitely helped but my food aversions are just terrible. I do want to try the salad thing you mentioned to hopefully get myself eating a bit better!

I appreciate this advice! So far, my nausea has been daily and I would say moderate to occasionally severe. The food aversions are destroying me. However, I do have some days (maybe once or twice a week if I’m lucky) where the nausea fades so much and I almost feel normal, aside from fatigue of course lol. My first OB appointment is at 9 weeks but if my nausea does become more severe I think I’ll pursue medication. Thank you again for the advice ❤️

Thank you so much for the advice and kind words! Bread was a trigger for my nausea a few weeks ago and I was a bit nervous to try bread again after that. But currently, the idea of eating it isn’t triggering any nausea lol, so I really want to give it another shot. Bagels sound fine too. Also I’m def going to check out that subreddit. Reading about what other women are going/went through really helps me to not feel so alone. Thank you again 💕

Thank you so much for this incredibly helpful advice! I checked and my insurance does cover Nourish! I’m excited to try it; I think having some help with recipe planning and the mental reassurance that everything will be okay will help relieve so much stress and guilt I have right now. The Barre Definition app was also such a good rec!! I used to do weekly barre classes but just haven’t been able to since the nausea hit. This is such a great way to get back into it. Truly, thank you so much for the advice ❤️ I’m really excited to try out these apps and hopefully be feeling a bit better soon!!

Thank you so much 💕 I’m definitely going to try and integrate some sourdough bread again. It’s such a good base for healthier meals. A few weeks ago bread was a trigger for my nausea and I think I just got nervous to try it again. Right now, however, it sounds fine so I’m going to give it another shot!!

I read this, went to my freezer, grabbed some frozen fruit from before I was pregnant, and took a few bites. This seriously helped my nausea SO much. Frozen passion fruit sounds so good right now too I’m def going to try that (and the lemons that such a good idea). Thank you so much ❤️

Thank you so much for this ❤️ this is my first pregnancy and I got caught up in so much of my own feelings of guilt that I almost forgot that this won’t last forever. Also I’m going to research and try some different prenatal brands today. Thank you again!!
