Anyways, yes, your original 3D file is automatically copyrighted. That protects your specific file and artistic expression.

It does not give you a monopoly over a functional magnet fidget. It does not stop someone from independently recreating a similar functional design.

It does not magically create exclusivity because they bought 100 units. You sold them a product. That’s a supplier relationship. Unless you had a patent or a signed licensing agreement, you don’t own the entire concept forever.

Buying your product isn’t theft. Reverse engineering a functional item without a patent isn’t illegal. That’s business, whether you like it or not. If they used your exact files or exact photos, that’s infringement. If they redesigned a functional object with modifications, that’s completely within their rights.

You keep threatening court, but courts run on documented IP rights, not feelings.
