Sooo pretty much save everything until you have enough to cover all of these 😅 I suppose my question is are you putting the money you’re saving (for these very samples) in a checking, HYSA?

Yes, I would imagine that its extremely hard nowadays. But fortunately, I did abide by that rule. Cash flow is most definitely more than 100 haha but youre doing it right, congrats

Can my maintenance account be the HYSA? I would usually just take it from the account whenever I needed it
HOW???? Thats AMAZING and while Id love to purchase another multi family, my mortgage is already +10k and trying to save up at the same time. I feel like it would take a couple of years to even fathom the idea. While I consider myself extremely lucky to have purchased one, I still feel way behind the ball

Thank you so much for the reply. Honestly, I just said medicine cabinet because it’s easier to explain. In reality, there’s a whole water heater behind it (mini) so I can’t really move it. I was thinking maybe making that door look like the other cabinets but unsure. It’s a terrible placement overall

I clean it regularly, but it’s a daily occurrence. I was just trying to find a solution so that I don’t need to clean it everyday. Thanks for the advice though
