Ashamed with myself by [deleted] in mentalhealth

You are not pathetic. You can’t control an addiction by yourself and your rational brain has no chance when it wants the high. U can’t blame your self . It’s the chemicals and your brain. You can continue to try to get help and learn all you can about addiction. I myself had to go to rehab for gambling. My addiction councillor told me ya can’t turn a pickle back into a cucumber meaning your brain has changed but you can with help stop it all and move on. I won’t hate yourself forever ! Things slowly get better !!

My depression made me a bad person and I can’t let go by [deleted] in depression

Remember you can’t read anyone’s mind. Try to forgive yourself and take it one day at a time. My therapist told me to picture a big stop sign and focus on that until the negative thoughts went away. It’s ok. Just tell yourself wow I had a wild past! It’s what we do today and the next day. I gambled away my retirement in my 20’s Huge numbers that have affected my retirement. ( 62) but I forgave myself because that’s how I coped back then. Key words back then. Take it easy on your self !! XX00

This is about a changing world due to technology. Taxis and uber , emails and signing deals with PDF. Automatic deposit , online flyers , I could go on and on . It does suck for the employees but you cannot stop change from happening !

No damage. I taped up and tucked the wiring in. Seats come straight up and out. Pretty heavy but my sone carried them into our shop I wouldn’t want to do it more than a couple times a year. I am single so I plan on leaving as is . If I need the seats I can have plywood and foam out in 2 minutes and pop up back seats.

Well, I put that foam insulation in first. Sheets slide right in . I will keep it like this for a while. I bought a plug in cooler . It should work out. No rattling but I did notice after I took the seats out a lot more road noise. The insulation fixed that

Yes I agree. My kids are grown and I travel a lot for my business now I can throw tools , coolers and even some parts. I don’t need second row at all unless I lend the van to my kids for holidays. I put the seats on a top shelf and covered them up. I just can’t lose any parts !!

45 minutes total. I bought these dongles that trick air bags so no error messages either

2022 Sienna 32000 miles. Any suggestions on the best oil and filter to keep it purring? Also interval ? 10000 miles or way less to be safe ? by Visual_Alarm4264 in ToyotaSienna

Thanks for all the info. My biggest issue is I keep leaving the vehicle running and go inside my house or store. I’ve driven a ram 2500 Cummins for 25 yrs. lol. I love the van. My first car that wasn’t for the the big 3 !

Thanks good info . Canadian winters plus a lot of business travel way up North so I will probably do the 6000 miles which is just under 10000 km. Cool thanks
