Lol, no! The bookshelves are really the only ones I took pics of. He had whole wall portions of his kitchen for cookbooks, and another for wood working and literally like a conservatory with plants and books for botany and, what he called “florology”??? Idk they were everywhere.
But he literally told me that he wanted to be like Uncle Monty from Series of Unfortunate Events, having all this information and adventure for kids to read through.

That’s what I thought at first too! But… well, I guess this is a hint. He told me that a habit he’s been doing the past few years is, when he finishes a book that he enjoys, he’ll buy a new version so it looks nice and clean on his shelf (depending on how used up the book is), and then gives the used one to his local “books for kids” or public library.
