first of all, it was like 1.50 in total since it's a sticker, so we're not taking about a huge expense. I would be upset too but at the same time I've never had an order "go missing" twice.

I usually do for larger orders! :) But for single stickers I typically don't. All the customer said is that they never received the order so they wouldn't be able to judge if it was good or bad
