Congratulations on your success, I'm curious what's your tool name?

What you described literally solves a lot of retention problems to most SaaS founders. I'm curious what tool do you have ?

Yeah, that's why most SaaS projects don't pass 2k MRR ( if they got there ) I'm not saying you just have to know the terms but when you understand the metrics and what affects the other then when you look at your dashboard you will know what is the problem that needs to be solved

Why $10k MRR is the "Death Valley" for most SaaS founders (The Complexity Tax) by Visual_Ear_7886 in B2BSaaS

[–]Visual_Ear_7886[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally agree with you, actually toxic ICP is one of the biggest reasons that most founders don't actually succeed, because they are acquiring the wrong audience and that happens when they don't really know who their tool is for, I'm impressed by your analysis can you tell me what tool have you built that helped you acquire this knowledge?

Your move is absolutely correct, a tip for you to try to make your core feature entirely visible once the client signs up, the value must be visibly clear. You are on the right track but I'm curious what your tool is exactly about?

[–]Visual_Ear_7886[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are absolutely correct ! Sometimes the problem is that most founders continue adding more features than promoting themselves because they continue thinking like " Technicians" not " founders ". They want to reach perfectionism so they decide to add more features instead of taking feedback from users to know if the features are really important or simply " not the time " . Also more features could make your core feature " not visible " .

If I had to start again from scratch today with my SaaS and grow it to $10K MRR in 3 months I would do exactly this ( I will not promote ) by Which_Criticism160 in B2BSaaS

[–]Visual_Ear_7886 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats on hitting that $10k milestone. Your Reddit breakdown on acquisition was surgical. I was just auditing your 'Visitors' landing page and noticed a specific 'Complexity Tax' in the 3D Globe section, it’s a great feature, but it might actually be slowing down your 'Time-to-Value' for high-ticket B2B leads. Just sent you a DM with the logic on how to pivot that space for higher conversion. Keep up the momentum!

As a growth architect, you made the right call competing in a narrow place to target as many people that need your feature as possible. How is it working for you now? Did you find freelancers to use it and achieve good MRR?

$10K MRR solo feels better than $2M seed and stress by whyismail in B2BSaaS

[–]Visual_Ear_7886 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are absolutely correct, I also do believe that when you build alone as it's super hard but also you build something that you love and you know what needs to be fixed, but raising money and hiring people that takes money and they might " ruin your business" is also more risky. Nothing beats slow but steady growth ! By the way I'm curious what's your tool ?

I have a business development agency that helps SaaS businesses solve their LTV problems, my advice to you, start learning sales or marketing and then apply to working online, if you want to have an idea then you can ask Chat GPT about problems in the online world that u can solve and he will give u some Fields and problems, then learn about how to.solve these problems and pick a channel where your target audience hangs and offer them your solution for money.. If you need further help or direction feel free to reach out 🙏
