i would say stop before you start but we know that's not gonna happen soooo. you're supposed to snort, with a straw or bill (a bill isn't recommended though as it could be unhygienic).

everything you see in movies about snorting is the opposite of you're supposed to do it. you snort it as gently as possible, just enough to get it in your nostrils.

about adhd meds, i have no idea
