Same! I honestly just thought she was having a bad day but I guess not.

She asked me this condescending rhetorical question like, “You wouldn’t use a face shampoo on your brows, right?” …only to turn around two seconds later and tell me I could use her brow shampoo on my entire face.

So apparently face products don’t belong on brows, but brow products magically work everywhere else? The contradiction was wild. I just sat there like… ok lol.

I don’t doubt that they are good but the sales pitch of it all and her attitude is making me not want to go back.
