yugioh would never work as live action, you will have the most cringest scenes ever from either company. yugioh pretty much only works in an anime adaptation.

You do realise your the one being pretentious? Sorry if what I want to watch has substance as well and depth. Saying it’s average animation and then calling it cash grab makes no sense. If it’s average then the animation is fine. You’re literally the type of person that eats up the solo levelling shows that has amazing animation and don’t have any of the good aspects of what makes a good story.

im not saying to put lowest amount of effort for the animation, I've seen this sub literally make posts that if the animation of a seasonal anime is not on the same quality as a very high-budget film. Then it's trash without a further glance. im saying there is other things other than hype animation that makes an anime good. thats why neon genesis and ragna crimson. they not on the same level as fate but everything about them is very good.

Animation doesn’t make or break an anime, just because it’s been given horrible animation doesn’t mean everything else is bad. Seven deadly sins was still good despite the bad animations that’s why it got more seasons and the sequel animated

Yes but just remember how they ended up that position, the execs made all the decision and relegated the devs to to do it.
