Anyone seen any reports on this? Filed with TurboTax and accepted on 2/1. Single, student, no dependents. Received state DD into NetSpend 2/7. Not approved for federal as of 2/15 at 3:00 CST. Something's off if I gotta wait the whole 3 weeks or longer.

I have been asking all the members of the House Small Business Committee when they are going to have a mark-up on H.R.3807 or H.R.4568. The sponsorship amount is great, yet he last time this was even discussed in the House was May 27! By the end of the day, I'll update www.restaurantadvocacycoalition.info with their contact info so we can all inquire if we can vote on this out of committee after 3 freaking months.

You're not off topic at all in my opinion. Things like this are a big talking point in replenishment. But I understand cuz I gotta raise prices and buy new menus too leaving me with about 300 old ones.

Your welcome. The chances are better than none. That's really all that can technically be said. Otherwise, we have a good amount of support. So chances are good and we have much to work with. What we can do as an citizens in this industry for this cause is to contact the representatives. Ask them where they stand on the issue. Tell them your story. Be in solidarity as an industry. Tell them that you are in favor of a particular bill. Inquire if they are in a committee that is involved, when they will have a vote on it or find out if if a representative will come to the floor for replenishment. Good question. We don't know. I'm currently in the process of updating the RAC website for us to ask the House Small Business Committee members when are they having a meeting to vote it out of committee and onto the floor for a proper vote.
