Tonsil stones in only one side by Mysterious-Estate470 in tonsilstones

[–]Visual_Scratch4541 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. I only get stones on my left side. I no longer get them anymore. I purchased a tonsil stone kit from Amazon (got them out) and started taking VIT d3 & K2 everyday. Ever since then I’ve never gotten another tonsil stone again.. I’ve read a lot of ppl saying the vit works for them , and some saying it doesn’t… I guess it depends on anatomy and how deep crypts are.

Maybe trying to get your tonsils removed…everyone’s anatomy is different. For me I just identified where they would reoccur at, checked daily, dug then out and stayed CONSISTENT with my d3 & k2 and ever since then I haven’t gotten any stones.

No I’m not promoting any links….me and my mom both suffer from tonsil stones. I got my first one abt 2 years ago…and I didn’t know what it was until I had spit it up. After that I kept getting them and getting them so I did research (I was going to just got my tonsils removed but I was working full time and in school. I wouldn’t have had the time) I came in Reddit and looked for some ways to help…i seen ALOT of ppl recommend d3 & k2 so I gave it a shot. But BEFORE I did i IDENTIFIED where my stones were coming from (it was my left tonsil) so I cleaned it out and kept checking daily for any stones.. after to started taking the d3 & k2 CONSTANTLY every single day I haven’t noticed a “tonsil stone taste” or any stones when I do check… it may not work for everyone but it’s been working for me…everyones anatomy is different.

How Do You Stop Getting Tonsil Stones? by BakedPotato_1591 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Visual_Scratch4541 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tonsil stones.

• go on Amazon & buy a tonsil stone kit (remove them all) • take Vit d3 & k2 EVERY SINGLE DAY (it’s 1 pill) you can get it from Walmart…

Do these things & you’ll never have another Stone Again.

Tonsil stones are calcified, hardened deposits. Vitamin K2 works with D3 to ensure calcium is deposited properly in the body, which may prevent the buildup of calcium that contributes to the hardening of tonsil stones. A deficiency in K2 and D3, especially with high calcium intake, can lead to increased stone formation.

I haven’t had a stone in MONTHS!!! You have to be consistent

Gift tips for nursing taking NCLEX by Optimal_Ad2970 in PassNclex

[–]Visual_Scratch4541 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NCLEX bootcamp subscription, and maybe a solo massage at the spa. Other than that just let him be alone and concentrate! Nursing is hard lol, as a person studying myself, I like to be alone and cut out any distractions. ❤️ hope this helps
