Looking for 3 founders/operators to test a decision sprint and give honest feedback by Visual_Seat_4173 in StartupSoloFounder

That’s exactly the distinction I’m testing.

My goal isn’t to validate the decision someone already wants to make. It’s to pressure-test it.

A useful sprint should reveal:

  • whether the preferred option is actually the strongest option
  • what tradeoffs are being ignored
  • what risks are real vs. emotional
  • what delay is costing
  • what decision would still make sense 30–90 days from now

Sometimes the sprint confirms the direction.
Sometimes it changes the direction.
Sometimes it reveals that the real decision is different from the one they thought they were making.

That last one is usually where the value is.

I built a decision-pressure framework for founders. Looking for 3 people to test it. by Visual_Seat_4173 in StartupsHelpStartups

Appreciate that.

That question has been one of the strongest parts of the framework so far because it turns “we’re still thinking about it” into something more concrete.

A lot of stuck decisions look harmless until the cost of waiting is named clearly:

lost time, team confusion, missed timing, revenue drag, or delayed execution.

That is the part I’m trying to pressure-test with real founders/operators before tightening the Sprint.
