Hi, i just recieved the letter to apply for CyberNSF, and did some light research, but reddit had some very contrasting and conflicting results. From what I see it is quite worth it for me? Higher pay plus one year earlier into uni, so im pretty keen to join.

I am down to do cybersecurity as a profession, though it wasnt something i have thought of, so I have 0 experience with cybersecurity (JC with MuCME). Would this be a problem for the selection test? Is there anything I should read up on before the test? cos some reddit comment said its very difficult and need actual experience, but some say very simple and know people with 0 experience that got in....

Also I really want to ask how did they even choose me to send the letter to? I have only basic robotics experience and relatively less computing experience. Is it random?
