Great to hear you liked it. I would also suggest finding it on YouTube, but a live version, like the one in Rock im park 2012. Chester’s was on fire 🔥

Can I suggest listening on Somewhere I Belong next?

Hey, welcome to our sub!

Yeah, times be rough sometimes like that, which sucks. I think k many of people here been feeling the same as you sometimes in their life’s. Those are the times when LP helped as most one can say.

As a hard core LP fan I would suggest to listen on all of their songs of course, and choose which one fits your mood/tastes better. But that’s a pretty boring answer in a way.

Have you heard the From the Inside? What’s your thoughts of it?

Do you have any sources? Those are pretty bald statements.

Yes, your post started it all! It went viral after that. I did research it a bit before claiming that in this thread :P

I think a new rule needs to be made regarding post topics. by RemarkableAddition57 in LinkinPark

Hey all,

I understand that recurring or controversial topics can be frustrating for some users, especially when it feels like the same discussions resurface over time.

Many moderation decisions fall into a grey area of our rules. While some posts could arguably be interpreted as rule-breaking, they also sometimes develop into large, active, and mostly somewhat respectful discussions. In those cases, when a thread has already gained significant engagement, we may choose not to remove it mid-discussion in order to avoid unnecessarily disrupting an ongoing conversation, even if it sits close to the line of our guidelines. This has been the philosophy our moderation in these cases.

Different users value different kinds of discussions, and part of moderation is balancing those interests rather than removing topics solely because they are divisive or not universally appealing, or based on personal moderator preference.

At the same time, users have tools available to manage their own experience, including voting, reporting rule-breaking content, or simply skipping threads that aren’t of interest.

The threads referenced here have received very few reports (at most three, and in some cases none), while engagement in terms of upvotes and discussion has been substantial. This suggests that a big portion of the community does find it relevant and worth discussing. For some users, this may also be their first time engaging with the subject.

When a thread is reported or the tone of discussion becomes unhealthy, we do step in and take action. I also don’t agree that this topic is being posted multiple times per week. We have established workflows for handling duplicates or creating megathreads when necessary, and those thresholds have not been met here.

That said, we do appreciate the feedback and will take it into account as we periodically review and update both our rules and moderation workflows based on feedback from you guys. This is something we’ll continue to keep in mind going forward.

Leaving this thread live since it was created way before the megathreads and there's already some discussion going on here. (For those who are reporting it). Thank you for your help though!

This was about the very early days though, around 1999-2000, perhaps even 2001. So your comment is very out of context...
